Leadership Team

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, William M. Clancy leads VPG's global finance organization, including financial planning, reporting, and capital strategy.

Yair Alcobi joined VPG in November 2025 to lead sales, marketing, product strategy, and business development. He brings more than 25 years of senior management experience in industrial technology, including leadership roles at KLA (Orbotech) and Kulicke & Soffa, and holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion and an Executive MBA from the University of Haifa.

Rafi Ouzan was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in November 2025, overseeing operations, quality, and supply chain across VPG's global manufacturing sites. He brings more than 30 years of experience within VPG and Vishay Intertechnology, most recently as Senior Vice President and Division Head of Weighing Solutions, and holds a bachelor's degree in material engineering and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

As Chief Administrative Officer, Amir Tal oversees corporate administrative functions supporting VPG's global operations.

Shani Dotan leads VPG's global Human Resources function, helping shape an environment where people, performance, and innovation can thrive together. With more than 20 years of experience across multinational organizations, she has built a career focused on developing talent, strengthening leadership, and driving organizational transformation.

Before joining VPG, Shani held senior HR leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, Kamada, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Her passion lies in connecting business strategy with people strategy, creating workplaces that empower employees to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact.

Shani holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University and is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.

Zvika Bash joined VPG as Vice President of Information Technologies in April 2026, where he oversees the company's global IT landscape, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cyber security. He has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, including an eight-year tenure as Global CIO at Keter Group.

Throughout his career, Zvika has specialized in implementing large-scale ERP platforms, cloud transformations, and emerging technologies to drive business growth and operational efficiency on a global scale.

He holds a BSc degree in industrial engineering and management with a specialization in information systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
